  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder/ Amchur Powder
  • 1 Unit Green Chili/ Hari Mirch
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander/ Dhaniya Powder
  • 1 tsp Chopped Coriander Leave/ Kati Dhaniya Patti
  • as per taste Salt / Namak
  • 3 tsp Oil / Tel

Instructions



  • To make Punjabi Mushroom Matar Masala, take 200 grams of mushroom.
