- Fry Pan
- 2 Unit Bread
- 1 Unit Egg/ Anda
- 1/2 tsp Butter/ Desi Ghee
- 1/2 tsp Sugar/ Shakkar
- 1/4 tsp Salt/ Namak
- Take 2 bread slices.
- Cut each bread in 4 pieces.
- Take one egg, break egg in a bowl.
- Whisk egg with the help of blender for 30 seconds.
- Add 1/2 tsp of sugar powder and 1/4 tsp of salt in the egg.
- Properly mix sugar and salt with the egg, there should not form any lumps of sugar in the whisked egg.
- Put a fry pan on the gas. Flame should be high.
- Put 1/2 tsp of butter in the fry pan. Spread butter on the surface of fry pan.
- Take one of the slice of bread and wrap with whisked egg mixture.
- Now fry pan must be hot, put bread slice wrapped with whisked egg in the fry pan.
- Reduce the flame to low.
- Cook bread for 20 seconds. Increase the flame to medium.
- Cook the bread for 20 more seconds on medium flame.
- Flip the bread pieces. Cook for 30 to 40 seconds.
- Again flip the bread slices.
- Cook for 10 more seconds, by this time both side of bread slice must be fry and little brown.
- Now switched off the gas.
- Transfer egg bread toast in a plate.
